About Tasteful

Tasteful can provide tailor made hot and cold buffets to meet all your catering requirements. As a home cook I love to create delicious food, entertain and generally love feeding people. Turning my passion into a business, I would like to share my home cooked recipes, that have been enjoyed many times over with family and friends. Choosing only the freshest ingredients, hand picked from local suppliers. Please browse my menus which are all adaptable. A range of cold buffets

Choose a combination of freshly made sandwiches, filled with a choice of home cooked meats and various fillings. Home made sausage rolls and quiche.
For a more luxury option, choose platters of home cooked meats, side of salmon, fresh salads and charcuterie boards.
Hot buffet choices

A choice of beef hotpot served with a short crust pastry top, accompanied with mushy peas and red cabbage. Or choose lasgne with salad and crusty bread or pulled pork on brioche buns. Alternatively chili with rice and fresh salads.
Hot pot and vegetarian alternatives

All dietary requirements catered for where possible.
Afternoon teas & grazing platters

Afternoon teas with freshly made sandwiches, filled with a choice of home-cooked meats and various fillings, Homemade sausage rolls and quiche. Home-baked scones, cakes and various sweet treats.
Generously filled grazing platters, with continental meats, various cheeses, delicious breads and accomplishments.
Breakfast platters

Breakfast platters with a range of croissants., pastries and fruit, alternatively tasty sausage and bacon rolls.
Children

Childrens menu available as an addition to any of the menus, or for birthday parties with a minimum of 6 guests.
